1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Overview & Contractual Nature

Important Disclaimer: The request for a site audit, submission of an inquiry form, or browsing of this website does not constitute a legally binding service contract.

A formal business relationship is only established upon the execution of a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Master Service Agreement (MSA), duly signed by authorized signatories of both Kleenary Facility Solutions and the Client.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Kleenary Facility Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Pre-existing infrastructure defects or damages not explicitly covered in the signed Service Level Agreement.
• Loss of business profits or operational downtime beyond the scope of the specific service fees paid by the client.

The total aggregate liability of Kleenary Facility Solutions for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service period during which the claim arose.

4. User & Client Obligations

To ensure the delivery of "Medical-Grade" facility standards, Clients agree to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to facilities for our technicians and audit teams.
• Disclose all known infrastructure risks, hazardous material locations, and electrical/plumbing vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all provided facility data (blueprints, capacity limits) is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Heritage Luxury" aesthetic, Kleenary logo, proprietary cleaning protocols, and all website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Kleenary Facility Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our proprietary methods or branding is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
